We are going to San Francisco in February. Grandma Marsha ordered us a cool new backpack for John so we don't have to struggle with a stroller all the time. Scott has never been to San Fran. I have a few times but it has been a few years. We are excited to get out of Alaska. We found some fun activities to do while there.
We found an indoor wind chamber where you are taught how to sky dive and then you get to go in the wind chamber and FLY! I am really excited about that. We also found a place that you can go on a zip line tour, rappelling and spelunking in caverns.
Papa Steve said we should go check out Monterrey Bay aquarium, so we are thinking we should go check that out one day. Along with all the normal touristy stuff like Alcatraz and the city tour, China town and I think we might check out the Red Wood Forest-Muir Woods.
Anyway, as for the weather; it is sticking around the 40 degree mark, our driveway is pure ice. I couldn't get up to the garage yesterday, Scott had to bring down the gravel just for me to walk up. Today it is not any better, though Scott did go get a couple more bags of gravel and ice melt so that will help.
John is getting so close to crawling. He is definitely going to be mobile by the time we leave for vacation, which I am sure will make things even more interesting.
Well, it is Friday night and we are going to watch a movie!
