Christmas Time

We are settled in Austin and have had lots of family visiting with us here in Texas. Dan and Val flew in about a week ago and Keri, Danielle, and Jordan flew in last wednesday and then Danielle's boyfriend flew in on monday. We have a full house and it has been a blast. We went to San Antonio yesterday to Six Flags. They open the park just for Christmas, we got to see the tree lighting ceremony, it was really neat. After the tree was lit they set off a bunch of bubbles in the air to make it look like snow; the kids loved it! We have made gingerbread houses and all sorts of cookies and cakes. We have been shopping everyday for the past week and a half. We are missing Aunt Terry, but she assures us we will see her in either January or February. We have a stocking hung in her name as we were expecting her to be here with us. We are having a big Christmas dinner tomorrow early afternoon and we have another family of 5 coming to join us from San Antonio. We are all having a great time and the weather couldn't be better! John played outside today in 72 degrees for most of the day. He loves his new backyard and can't get enough of it.
