Well, alot has been going on since the last post. Scott was sick in the hospital. He is doing much better now. He has been home for a few weeks and is back to work full time.
We have decided it would be best for us to move closer to a hospital that will be able to take better care of Scott when/if he gets sick. He will eventually need a double lung transplant and we can not get that kind of care here in Alaska. So we are moving to Fort Worth Texas.
Our house is for sale right now and we are ready to move whenever we get a buyer. We have the house listed on the MLS site as well as Craigs List. So far we don't have any interest, we will probably end up reducing the price next week.
We are hoping to get it sold before the end of summer so we can drive down to Texas instead of having to fly. It would be fun for us to take a little vacation in between the move. We are sad to leave Alaska, but we are both very excited for a change in both our careers and in the scenery. It will be nice to have a real summer again, and to be near lakes for water sports. It will also be nice to be closer to family and friends. We look forward to some visiting in the next year or so. We hope to stop and visit some of you on our way down from AK. We are not sure what our route will be, but when it gets closer we will post more.
